Michał Jaworski
Attorney at law and manager with 20 years of professional experience in business, public administration and legal services for private entities, both as an in-house lawyer and a partner in one of the largest law firms in Poland (Forystek i Partnerzy) and a co-owner of his own law firm, manager in an international corporation (Ahold Central Europe), board member in a company from the aviation sector in Poland (John Paul II International Airport in Balice), member of an international legal association Worldwide Airports Lawyers Association, laureate of the FORBES Professionals 2013 award and arbitration judge. Proxy of Radio Kraków; he has also performed the Head of Legal function in a company from the aviation sector. He has completed Executive MBA studies, holds an MBA (EFMD accreditation) from the Cracow School of Business (CSB), EM Normandie Business School, AESE Business School; he has completed doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University, as well as MA studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
Ewelina Koźmińska, PhD
Attorney at law, Head of the Corporate Law practice, PhD in law, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. In 2021, she defended her doctoral thesis prepared under the supervision of Professor Anna Walaszek-Pyzioł, PhD, entitled “Procurement in public interest investments”, at the Department of Public Economic Law of the Jagiellonian University. Holder of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University scholarship for the best PhD students. Author of publications in the field of public economic law.
She has gained professional experience in Kraków law firms providing services to Polish and foreign corporate clients and natural persons, in particular in the field of commercial and civil law. She has been cooperating with the law firm Jaworski i Partnerzy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych since September 2018. She specialises in commercial law, public procurement law, civil law and labour law.

Legal counsel Marcin Süss
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (MA thesis defended at the Department of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University). Since 2009, a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków.
He has extensive experience in representing business entities, public administration bodies and natural persons before common and administrative courts.
He has the comprehensive skills necessary in the daily work of a legal counsel, which he acquired while cooperating with numerous law firms of legal counsels, advocates and bailiffs, as well as working as a lawyer at the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Kraków. In his work, he always puts the client’s interests first.
He specialises in civil law (with particular emphasis on contract law), civil procedure, commercial law and labour law.
Adrianna Suszyło-Żmuda
Legal trainee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków. A graduate of administration and law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. She completed her studies in administration in 2016, defending her master’s thesis entitled “Characteristics and protection of the personal rights of authors of audiovisual work”. She completed her legal studies in 2019, defending her master’s thesis entitled “Fashion protection under intellectual property law”.
Since 2016, she has been gaining professional experience within the framework of cooperation with Krakow law firms. Since 2019, she has been specialising in labour law and providing ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs. Her academic interests include labour law and intellectual property law, in particular, copyright law.
She started working with the Law Firm in 2021, providing ongoing services to entrepreneurs and consultancy in the field of labour law, She represents the Law Firm’s clients in disputes before Labour Courts.
Wojciech Firek
Trainee attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2022. Graduate of the second level of the Academy of Leaders of the Republic of Poland and the business law school „Magic Circle Training by Linklaters”. Associate of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Constitutional Studies at Jagiellonian University in 2020 and 2021. Secretary and presenter of the Jagiellonian University Youth Academy of Civil Rights.
He specialises in civil and commercial law and litigation. His interests also include issues in the area of constitutional and administrative law and civil society issues.

Sylwia Galska-Pelc
