In 2021, she defended her doctoral thesis prepared under the supervision of Professor Anna Walaszek-Pyzioł, PhD, entitled “Procurement in public interest investments”, at the Department of Public Economic Law of the Jagiellonian University. She has gained professional experience in Kraków law firms providing services to Polish and foreign corporate clients and natural persons, in particular in the field of commercial and civil law. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (MA thesis defended at the Department of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University). Since 2009, a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków.
He has extensive experience in representing business entities, public administration bodies and natural persons before common and administrative courts.
He has the comprehensive skills necessary in the daily work of a legal counsel, which he acquired while cooperating with numerous law firms of legal counsels, advocates and bailiffs, as well as working as a lawyer at the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Kraków. In his work, he always puts the client’s interests first.
He specialises in civil law (with particular emphasis on contract law), civil procedure, commercial law and labour law.
